  • NEC really understood our needs as an owner operator in retail and were proactive in their considerations to identify design queries that would have long-term maintenance and operational impacts. Overall, the variations were minimal (and NEC avoided these costs for us were possible) and although there was plenty of wet weather and a few principle design changes, they still achieved a programme ahead of schedule, with less then 10 defects all in and a truly quality finish.

Vanessa English, Senior Project Manager, Frasers Property Australia

Attention to detail, thinking ahead, care for the project and a desire to develop a positive working relationship with the client and consultants were hallmarks of the project. When things did not go as expected on the project, we found NEC to be collegiate and flexible in working out practical and reasonable solutions with us. I would have no hesitation working with New England again…

Given the magnitude of what was needed to be done to deliver the finished product AND keep us trading is a testament to how NEC understands the needs of our business. This was not a simple build project, we demanded we remain trading, it happened.
