New England delivers St John the Baptist, Freshwater – Design and Construct

Four new home-base classrooms currently being constructed over the existing hall and playground

NEW ENGLAND CONSTRUCTIONS have successfully completed of the St Johns the Baptist Catholic Primary School at Freshwater NSW.

This is the first phase of a 3 phase master plan which consists of four new  classrooms constructed over an existing playground. Each classroom is interconnected with breakout sliding doors to a multi-use cover outdoor learning area. A new limited mobility lift also servicing this new facility.

Nicholas Architects and New England Construction formed the design and construct team, working in conjunction with the Diocese of Broken Bay Catholic Schools Office representatives John Menday , Peter Patterson, and the Principal of the St Johns, Judy Slattery, and has ensured a successful and industry leading outcome. An outstanding effort by all resulted in the project being delivered ahead of time, with nil neighbor, parent, or council complaints and in-accordance with the agreed guaranteed maximum price.
