Constructed within the grounds of the existing school, the project comprised a 450-sq m library and e-learning centre building addition. Additional work required covered walkways, first floor access ramps and a lift. The project was located adjacent to an existing heritage-significant school hall and required
the resolution of numerous BCA issues to ensure the integrity of the hall. The project was completed on schedule with no variations to the guaranteed maximum price.
