• Upgrade of external facade.
• Refurbishment and fit out to ground floor interior, including reception area’s, club administration, board room, function room’s and main entry upgrade.

• Construction management contract pre DA allowing cost planning advice and selection of beneficial consultants.
• Upgrade of general amenities to the ground floor of the club.
• Upgrade of the façade and front entry providing a modern boat shed appearance.
• Upgrade of services including wet and dry fire, electrical, mechanical and hydraulics.
• Partial BCA upgrade including new hand rails to the fire stairs, hydrant upgrade and fire rated spandrels to existing and new window areas.
  Remedial concrete works to address concrete cancer and corrosion of steel thereby extending the life-cycle of the club.
• New lighting system will reduce energy consumption.
• New bathroom fit-outs will incorporate water saving devices and thereby reducing water consumption.
