During construction a fully operational gaming lounge had to be maintain required systematic staging to meet client operational needs.

Much of the work was done at night to reduce disruption to the club. Our attention to detail and respect for the design was applied to this project through our design partners Split Watermelon and Nicholas Architects. The project was awarded through a hard dollar tender based on a interior design concept requiring the builder to design, document and construct the project based on the original concept with a fixed price lump sum tender price.
