    • Installation of a new elevator to Churchills Sports Bar while club maintains 22 hour operations
    • Upgrade to arcade gaming area
    • Basement carpark upgrade including new line marking, directional signage & boom gates
    • Bottle Shop fitout works including strip out of ceilings and implementation of industrial theme exposed ceiling.
    • New Cool room extension to bottle shop

    Project Benefits:

    • Weekly updates provided to the client to develop design, notify of upcoming work and change in hoardings to maintain venue operations.
    • New England were able to accommodate all of the clients requests utilising our technical input and improving the overall functionality of the hotel in terms of accessibility, aesthetics to the bottle shop and improving the overall hotel experience.
    • Hotel remained functional throughout the entire construction phase ensuring that normal operation hours & takings were not disrupted.
    • Constant site supervision was provided throughout the entire construction phase of the project to ensure site safety & quality assurance was guaranteed.
