- Hard and Soft landscaping to 208sqm of surrounding property.
Project Benefits:
- With narrow block and limited street access, we successfully staged pool construction to commence before the house construction with significant time and cost savings for the Client.
- Receding rock foundations with sandy soils made foundations extremely difficult, New England Constructions developed an alternative method to ensure the most economical outcome whilst ensuring the residence is structurally sound.
- One of a kind joinery was installed through the residence with Walnut timber used throughout and robust custom design elements continued in door finishes, flooring and internal linings.
- Resolved overland flow issues to maximise usable area in the back yard.
