On average the Club hosts 3-4 functions per week throughout the year. New England understood our business and how important functions were to our continued trading. Their positive attitude to assist avoiding any disruption to our event calendar whilst maintaining their original completion commitments was particularly exceptional. Being able to take bookings with confidence reduced significant concerns during the construction process. New England Constructions surpassed our expectations in communication, quality and timing.
Sue O’Donnell, Club Manager, Royal Motor Yacht Club, Point Piper
Working with the New England Constructions team was a stress-free experience. The team accommodated all our requests and the result is an exceptional Hotel which met our budget and was completed 4 weeks ahead of schedule. The attention to detail and unwavering commitment to the delivery schedule without comprising quality is a testament to the company’s ability. They exceeded our expectations and we look forward to working with New England Constructions again.
Ed Malouf, Director, Royal Hotels Group (Owner of Gregory Hills Hotel)
Given the magnitude of what was needed to be done to deliver the finished product and keep us trading is a testament to how New England Constructions understand the needs of our business. Given the requirement to envelope the existing structure with all new back of house whilst keeping our kitchens and bars operating seamlessly and in at times difficult conditions, many caused by us, is one of the real demonstrable reasons Collegians keeps coming back to New England Constructions.
Michael Wilkins, CEO of Collegians Rugby League Football Club, Wollongong
As you can appreciate to accomplish such a magnificent, large building within a primary school playground was no less than a logistical and strategic feature on so many levels. I was extremely impressed with the high and consistent level of communication… fastidious attention to detail, scheduling, organisation, professionalism and achievement of earlier than expected completion was unprecedented and extremely appreciated. [St John the Baptist, Freshwater] is a true testament to your company’s unwavering care and consideration to meet the client’s needs without compromising quality.
Judy Slattery, Principal St John the Baptist, Freshwater
New England’s logistical management was exemplary, scheduling trades people and deliveries to avoid high traffic periods around the school, enabled the schools to run with minimal disruption to student learning. Their onsite personnel maintained a high level of safety in line with the Department of Education and Training Best Practice Standards. We continue to hear the praises of New England from both principals and have no hesitation recommending New England Constructions for Education Projects across New South Wales.
Connor Martin, Project Manager, Coffey Projects
We had allowed 20 days lost trade… New England employed their live environment expertise to plan and execute works with no disruption to Huxleys or Ugly Pizza. Continuing to trade throughout construction was a significant bonus of working with New England Constructions. The determination New England demonstrated in the pursuit of practical completion is unlike anything I have experienced. Their hands-on approach to contracting was a key to the project’s success.
