Project Features:

• Exterior and interior restoration works to structural timber and brass finishes.
• New Kitchen installed in conference room above horse stables in pavilion C.
• New Access gate was provided for patrons to enter the Equestrian Centre from Fox Studios.

Successful Project Outcomes:

• Coordination of works was a main priority to ensure horses were not startled while carrying out the works.
• When providing power to automated gate between pavilion C and Fox Studios, works were carried out at appropriate hours and traffic control was used to ensure that horses were not startled in any way while trenching works and reinstatement works were carried out.
