It is important to recognise talent where it presents itself without prejudice. New England Construction has taken an active approach to ensure all our sites are inclusive environments which do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, age, disability or personal circumstance.

Today we recognise and celebrate the great work women do in the Construction Industry. We also recognise that we as an industry must work to close the gender gap.

As the General Manager of New England Constructions, I pledge to create inclusive, flexible cultures that supports advancement based merit and to value women and men’s contributions equally.
